Ticket To Play

Hello LMMS Family! Winter sports are here! Our winter sports offered here at LMMS are boys and girls basketball, and cheerleading.

To be able to tryout for a sport at LMMS, all students must obtain a ticket-to-play (TTP). This ensures coaches that students have brought me all required forms, meet academic and attendance requirements (7^th & 8^th graders only for the fall season), and have registered online. Tickets will be wristbands that will be passed out during all 3 lunches on the first day of tryouts.

Remaining Winter TTP Sign up days: 

November 6^th: During all 3 lunches

November 7^th: 3:30-4:30

Wristband (TTP) pickup: 

During all 3 lunches on the first day of tryouts (11/10)

Prep: 

Monday November 10th 

Boys Bball: 3:30-5:00

Girls Bball: 5:00-6:30

Cheer: 3:30-5:30

Tryouts: 

November 10th-12th 

These are the following things needed to obtain your ticket to play:

**ALL OF THESE FORMS MUST ALSO BE UPLOADED TO DRAGONFLY**

1. Completed NCHSAA physical
2. Completed Gfeller-Waller concussion form
3. Completed HIPPA form (found on DragonFly)
4. DPS Assumption of Risk Form
5. DPS Student-Athlete Address Form 

NO TTP will be given out after 11/10/25.

**Please remember that all students in the 7th & 8th grades must be in good academic standing and not have more than 13 absences. This will apply to current 6th graders after the first semester grades are in. **
