                    Ticket to Play Date: 8/17 & 8/18/2026  Location: MS Gym      Time: 5:00-6:00 pm

                    Date: 8/24/26        Location: MS Gym      Time: 3:30-5:00 pm   

Things you will need to do prior to attending a Ticket to Play Session:

A1)       Complete online registration by clicking Athlete Registration Link. Durham Athletic Registration | Durham Public School (NC) (dpsathleticzone.com)

A2)      Reminder: By law, we can only accept the original physical form completed and signed by the doctor who performed the exam. No copies, scans, or faxes will be accepted. 

 A3)    Once your Dragonfly Profile is Yellow, it will stay in pending status until your athlete attends a Ticket-To-Play session to be cleared to participate in team tryouts.

A4)   Attend A Ticket-To-Play session to turn in the original physical form completed and signed by the doctor and everything checked by Coach Icenhour.

OR

If you submitted all of your paperwork during the Winter or Spring Sessions, you only need to do the following:

B1) Attend a Ticket-To-Play session to obtain a new ticket.

or 

B2) If your physical has expired in your Dragonfly profile, you will need to submit a new original physical form that has been completed and signed by your doctor at one of the Ticket-to-Play sessions.
