First Day of Tryouts 08/25/2025

 Boys/Girls Cross Country, Girls Tennis, Volleyball, Boys Soccer

Ticket to Play Date:   August 19th, 2025    Location: MS Gym    4:00-6:00 pm 

Ticket to Play Date:    August 20th, 2025   Location: MS Gym 4:00-6:00 pm  

Ticket to Play Date:    August 25th, 2025   Location: MS Gym 4:00-6:00 pm                                                                     

Things you will need to do prior to attending a Ticket to Play Session:

A1)       Complete online registration by clicking Athlete Registration Link. Durham Athletic Registration | Durham Public School (NC) (dpsathleticzone.com)

A2)       Turn in a hard copy of Physical, HIPPA, and Concussion forms. (Must have hard copies to keep on file by law. These forms must also be uploaded. I need the original copy of the Physical).

 A3)    Once your Dragonfly Profile is Yellow, it will stay in pending status until your athlete attends a Ticket-To-Play session to be cleared for Tryouts.

A4)   Attend A Ticket-To-Play Session to get hard copies of physical turned in and everything checked by Coach Clodfelter.

OR

If you submitted all of your paperwork during the Winter Session, you only need to do the following:

B1) Attend a Ticket-To-Play session to obtain a new ticket.

or 

B2) If your physical has expired in your Dragonfly profile, you can upload your current physical online or you can turn it in at one of the ticket-to-play sessions.
